How to Set Up Kanboard from Oikos#

Kanboard is a lightweight, open-source Kanban project management tool designed to help you visualize workflows, manage tasks efficiently, and improve team productivity. With Oikos OpenHub, deploying Kanboard is simple and fast.

Access the Platform#

Visit https://launch.nife.io and log in with your credentials.

Navigate to OpenHub#

From the sidebar, click on OpenHub to view the list of available applications.

Search for the App#

Use the OpenHub search bar and enter Kanboard.
Locate the Kanboard application in the list of results.

Start Deployment#

  • Hover over the Kanboard app card.
  • Click on Deploy.

Wait for Deployment Completion#

The deployment process may take a few minutes.
Once it’s ready, the Open App button will become visible.

Accessing Kanboard#

Click Open App to open the deployed instance of Kanboard.
Use the default login credentials:

  • Username: admin

  • Password: admin

    Important: Change these credentials immediately after your first login for better security.
